EOS

EOS

What this product gives an EOS practitioner—and what it refuses to claim.

Read a slate as your Visionary–Integrator pair.

EOS gives you the structure. This reads how two people would actually meet in the seat you are filling.

  • The pair, seat by seat
Where the two of you cover each other, where you overlap, and what the combination costs each of you—read against the seat you are actually filling, not in the abstract.
  • Your own figures, beside ours
Enter your component scores and they sit next to the read, attributed to you. They are never weighted in, averaged, or used to move a band.
  • Named components
Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, Traction—referenced to help you orient. Four of the six sit beside an area we read; People and Data deliberately do not, and the sheet says so rather than inventing a link.

Octane Boost

One pairing, read in three levels. The level is derived from the interaction model rather than computed again, so it cannot disagree with the read it describes—and there is deliberately no fourth level and no number, because a fourth invites a threshold and a threshold is the thing this product refuses to let decide.

  • Targeted

Something in the combination is held back—a mechanism the pair pays for, or an area that reads below what the two sides manage on their own. ⚠️ The name is the instruction: this pairing works where it is aimed, and the cost shows up where it is not. It is a fact about how the two ways of working meet, never a verdict on either person.

  • Additive

Nothing amplifies and nothing drains. The pairing reads as the sum of its parts, which is the most common honest answer about two people and is not a consolation.

  • Amplifying

Nothing is held back and at least one area genuinely amplifies—what one side settles, the other carries further. The combination delivers more than the two parts suggest.

Beside the level it names the pathways—the aligning range, the response field, and the one lever that raises each area—and the cautions, framed as what to watch rather than as a diagnosis of either person.

What a real one needs

Both people. It is a read about two named individuals, so it needs the candidate and a counterpart who has consented to a pairing read specifically. A consent given to be assessed for a role is not a consent to be read as half of a pair, and the product will not borrow one for the other. Where that holds, the read appears below under its role—and on the role’s own page, from the same code path.

⚠️ Nothing here is a demonstration. This page shows no example pairing on purpose—a sample read and a real one are indistinguishable once they are on a screen together, and that distinction is the product.

Worked pairs

Three Visionary–Integrator partnerships read through this same model—the three companies EOS’s own literature names, with the Integrator identified from the historical record. All six are dead, every stance placement is marked proposed, and each pair carries how the partnership ended, which is the part a fractional Integrator is actually asking about.

UnicornWorks

UnicornWorks reads each person against one role and ranks their fit to that role—not the people. Each candidate is read on their own, and a Stance360 result is never compared between candidates. That ranking is one input to a decision a human makes, and never the decision. It is not a measure of anyone’s ability or worth, and it does not predict conduct—it describes how a way of working and a role’s demands would meet.

An assessment is only as strong as what it rests on, and every one states its own footing. The strongest rests on a Stance360 the candidate completed and shared for this role, with their acknowledgement recorded; the weakest is inferred from public signal with no input from them at all. Where a reading has no evidence behind it, it reports itself unavailable rather than being filled in. The person is always the best source on themselves.

Where local law regulates automated employment decision tools—including New York City—the employer using UnicornWorks is responsible for the candidate notices and the independent bias audit those laws require. We supply the record they rest on: every ranked slate, the version of the scoring that produced it, and an export built for an auditor. We collect no demographic information about candidates, ever.
